Kernow Karate of Essex is an established karate club with venues in the Chelmsford, Doddinghurst (near Brentwood) and Ingatestone areas. The club provides a unique blend of both traditional martial arts and modern day training which incorporates realistic self defence techniques and fitness training.

The club instructor is Paul Newman, who is             licensed and insured with the Amateur             Martial Association (AMA) and Karate England            which is the official (Sport-England Recognised)            National Governing Body for Karate.            In addition, Paul is also registered as a self             defence instructor with the British Combat             Association and is included on their Register            of Self Protection Instructors.

Paul Newman's clubs are some of the best run I've ever came across in all my years in the martial arts.
